Stones Throwからのアルバムも話題を集めているDJ HARRISONが、スモーキーなジャズファンクのフレイバーを全編に巡らせた2014年リリースの傑作『STASHBOXXX』が、10周年を記念してボーナストラックなどを加えたスペシャル・エディションで2LP復刻。
タイトルからニヤリの人気曲「Erykah’s Gun」や「Dilla’s Eclair」も勿論収録。Rope A Dopeからのアナログ盤も100$を超えるなど値段高騰中なので、この復刻は嬉しい限りです。

リッチモンド発の人気ジャズ・ファンクバンドButcher Brownのキーボーディストであり、ビートメイカー/プロデューサーとしても活動。するマルチ・インストゥルメンタリスト、DJ HarrisonことDevonne Harrisの2014年作1stアルバムが再リリース。
ローファイでソウルフルなワンループ、ジャムセッションの如く展開する即興的グルーヴ、持ち前の「アナログ感」を前面に、演奏からアレンジ、ミックスまで全てセルフで手掛け、サンプリングは一切ナシで仕立てられた全34トラック、1時間超に及ぶ壮大なサウンド・ジャーニー。
